IT Services
I highly recommend Dream Catchers for IT consulting. I was dealing with a catastrophic IT issue at my firm, and our IT consultants were unable to correct it. Billy showed up at our office the next day, from there he delved into the spyware and noted that it was sourced from Romania and a de-encryption software was available on the web. We received word last week from Dream Catchers that there is now a de-encryption software available and he will be over to install it and remedy the situation.
I have recently used the IT services of Dream Catchers, and was impressed by and grateful for the technician that came to my house. A total professional, he not only was one of the most knowledgeable technicians, he did his best to share knowledge so that I would understand it. He helped me with my computer, set up my new printer and connected my iPhone to my printer.
