“WARNING SIGNS” was developed to educate and familiarize law enforcement officers with crisis prevention and crisis intervention methods that will enable them to respond to individuals with Schizophrenia, Manic Depression, and Major Depression who need their assistance in critical situations.

“POINTS OF CONTACT” is a forensic training model. The purpose of the video is to educate law enforcement officers, corrections officers, and mental health professionals about the process that occurs when individuals with mental illness are incarcerated for criminal offenses and how the criminal justice system treats them.

Sharon Jo Serbin, a Creative Specialist, has been teaching children and leading workshops for years throughout the country. One of her specialties is teaching Hebrew brachot in sign language. Sign language joins together spirit, mind, feelings, and actions to make prayer whole. Many teachers and parents have asked Sharon for a video to use at schools or homes. Well, here it is! Hands and Heart teaches religious vocabulary, the Barchu, Shema, Mi Chamocha, as well as the blessings over the bread, wine and Shabbat candles.

Brain Injury and the Challenges of Life Ever After will present a thorough introduction into the lives of people with brain injuries in the State of Pennsylvania. It will provide a broad understanding of the support, treatment, and essential services and programs that are needed by people who have suffered brain injuries, both acquired and traumatic.

Communities across Pennsylvania will become aware of the impact that brain injury has on others afflicted with it who are neighbors, friends, and family members. This knowledge will help them to embrace new perceptions about people with Brain Injuries and in the process medical models and prevention techniques to help eliminate or prevent serious Brain Injury. This includes processing information about the impact that Brain Injury has on adults, young adults and children.

“UNLABELED” identifies empowered psychiatric survivors whose courage, determination and leadership has transformed human voices and human needs into a rapidly growing social, political, and human rights movement that has spread throughout the state of Pennsylvania, the United States and the world.

The Core Circuit Explosion is a dynamic exercise regimen separated into three categories. The selection of movements considers the center of the body (the core) as a foundation for all movement. The first group of exercises is a lower intensity series of movements.

In the second and third levels the difficulty and challenge progresses. It is not a program for the beginning exercise participant but even more advanced exercise participants will find the Core Circuit Explosion a challenge.

Exercise guidelines are also provided in this program, but the individual should allow their body to dictate any changes to the workout intensity that need to be made. Additionally, the Core Circuit Explosion will strengthen the heart muscle, body awareness, balance and increase one’s caloric expenditure which is synonymous with burning body fat.
